Brighton & Hove City Council (Labour) leader Bella Sankey signed an £18.86m Direct Award Contract, company only incorporated 8th may 2023, 4 days after labour take a historic majority in Brighton and Hove. six-year contract to a two-year-old micro-company (net assets: £55k) for homeless housing – using a Procurement Act loophole to bypass competition.
