So in a recent tweet the developers of the Edward Street Quarter where the anti-homeless benches are located deny installing them they said "These were not installed by @FirstBaseUrban and we have no involvement in these in any way." Labour Councillor Clare Moonan then responded saying "These are not Council benches and are not on Council land. We have no control over this private space. We do not have a policy of installing benches that are anti rough sleepers!!" Interesting the council still have not responded but Clare has, does she know more than she is letting on and if so why not just tell us. The fact is 3000 plus have signed and thanks. We don't want to play the pass the buck card politicians play. We want ownership and these benches immediately removed. Thanks, Daniel Harris
