4 Houses were placed on the corner of Northeast Franklin and 5th Street in Bend Oregon without proper notification by the City of Bend Oregon. I was told a City Council person that a letter had been sent out. What? Among all of the junk mail that I just glance at and toss in the round file?

      The head of placing those houses actually used this phrase "Beggars can't be choosers." The City Council of Bend Oregon chose this person to arrange for housing for People that have lived on Juniper Ridge, or out at China Hat, or parked along a curb somewhere?
