It's been a month since we launched the petition and with over 260 of you supporting the removal of LED billboards from Stanstead Rd, it was time to officially present the petition to the decision makers. We therefore engaged with Lewisham Council, and have now received an acknowledgement that the matter will be considered by the Planning team, the Mayor, and the Deputy Mayor. 

The Planning Inspectorate (PI) has also been informed and we reached the case officer responsible for the appeal decision on the billboard at number 293. As the PI process only allows consideration of representations submitted via the PI portal, our petition will only count as one voice. To make this voice much stronger, can we please ask you to copy/paste the wording alongside your details using the PI portal link. Our deadline for representations is 6 May.
