Remove ALA from Grangeville library policy

Remove ALA from Grangeville library policy
The Issue
Grangeville's children's are not for sale! Not their bodies, not their minds, not their innocence! Sign and show protecting children from harmful, sexually explicit material in areas designated for minors is a priority to our community. Current ALA policy adopted by our library board prevents this goal.
Our children need us to speak up.
We must unite as a community to shield minors from this material recognized by the state of Idaho in title 18 chapter 1513. “It is found that such materials and performances are a contributing factor to crime, to juvenile crime, and also a basic factor in impairing the ethical and moral development of our youth.”
The sexualization of our children is at stake. If we cannot remove the ALA's policies to protect our children then our community will be held accountable for publicly funding obscene content that grooms children.
Any other person (aside from librarians, educators and museum employees) who attempts to give this content to minors is subject to Title 18 1506 which states, "(5) Any person guilty of a violation of the provisions of this section shall be imprisoned in the state prison for a period not to exceed twenty-five (25) years."
Why is the soliciting of kids OK at the publicly funded Grangeville library?
Unite to protect kids and reject the ALA's misinterpretation of our rights. It is the ALA's statement titled "Library bill of rights" that includes the clause that prevents minors protection.
"V. A person’s right to use a library should not be denied or abridged because of origin, AGE, background, or views."
Children do deserve our protection, because of their AGE.
Obscenity is not a right to be paid for by our taxes.
