IUP Housing offered for students to return to on-campus dorms on January 20th with no fee until January 10th when they changed their form to state students will receive a fee of 35 Dollars if they return that day. All students are now required to return after noon on the 21st, less than 24 hours before classes start. To change the rules less than two weeks ahead of time is highly irresponsible for a state school.
