They sent out the local council to remove some roots, who were limited to anything THINNER than your thumb???? And they sent out a tree specialist, whom we spoke to, and who agreed this is the wrong tree for the area, he told us this was the 3rd tree he had been asked to review (the others of which have been removed) yet our service charges have increased substantially each year, and the roots are now large enough the pavement looks like a roller coaster and is a trip hazard, and it is undermining the foundationsof our homes and causing damp and mould to propagate. As well as this the damage done by detritus and bird faeces renders a minimum of 2 parking spaces unusable in a grove where parking is at a premium. Absolute Joke, why do I pay my rent.
