Root Removal

Today some roots were removed but all tiny ones nothing bigger than I thumb and some soil was removed to allow paving slabs to lay flat. Essentially putting a plaster over a bullet wound and hoping it will heal.

2 months ago someone was sent out to assess the tree and they agreed it is the wrong tree for that placement and needs cutting back (pollarding) but said nothing would happen nothing the next YEAR!!
