Superintendent.  and Deputy Superintendent  are failing Alamogordo Public Schools. They have abused their positions of power and irreparably hurt more people than they will ever know. The Alamogordo community needs school leaders that will stand up and perform their job duties meritoriously. Therefore, we ask for the removal of  and 

 and have demonstrated a lack of concern for the well-being of students, parents, and staff of Alamogordo Public Schools.   is permitting  to lead the district while he remains silent unless an opportunity arises and can capture moments for his own political gain. Over and over again, has been given authority to perpetuate her practices of cronyism in hiring and the manipulation of circumstances that reflect her own job performance. She acts in an unprofessional manner towards the school district’s staff members. She demeans them, disrespects them, and treats them in insupportable manners.  condones her intolerable behaviors. Not acceptable!

These superintendents are not accountable to anyone, except for the school board, which they have befriended. They have consent to act in unprofessional manners which has led to an atmosphere of no accountability. As seen on Facebook, the consensus shows parents have reached out school board members through email with concerns about the school districts leadership, only to be ignored and not responded to. The APS community can no longer trust that the school district’s leadership or school board will make quality decisions that are in the best interest of students, parents, staff, and schools.

has become a tyrant and dictator in the Alamogordo Public School district. She responds to parents with rudeness and carelessness. She disregards what is best for the district as she executes her own plans that she brings with her from Texas. We are facing a shortage in the realm of education but she still demeans and belittles staff. Exceptional teachers are quitting or retiring because they can no longer stand to be governed under cruel and severe leadership. This has to stop!

We, the undersigned concerned citizens of Alamogordo, hold that   and are failing our community as the leader of our education system. We ask that the Alamogordo Public school board members do the job they were elected to do and make the first step toward making a change in our district. It is time people rise up and say, "Enough!!" They have done enough damage to our students, our parents, our staff, and our schools! We have lost all confidence in Jarett and. We ask that you stand up and hear our voice as we the people of Alamogordo request the removal of   as Superintendent and as Deputy Superintendent of Alamogordo Public Schools.
