Removal and Relocation of the T-Mobile Cellular Tower on Washington Elementary School

The Issue

The Wyandotte School District made an agreement with T-Mobile to place a cell phone tower on Washington Elementary School. This agreement was made in 2018 without any input from members of the school or community. There are thousands of renowned, peer-reviewed articles stating detrimental biological and environmental effects of cell tower radiation, causing harm to the children and staff of Washington Elementary and surrounding community.  This tower must be relocated to ensure that it is a safe distance from the school and homes.  As of today, February 28, 2023, an article was released in Environmental Research (peer reviewed journal) that states the precautionary principle should be applied to public exposures to RF radiation. We must review all of the facts before making such a critical decision regarding our children and neighborhood.
