This petition begins with a tale of personal frustration. Like many other consumers, I've faced difficulty accessing the Click and Collect Service of Coles, currently located on Main Street near the dog park at Orion shopping centre in Springfield central. This issue affects numerous patrons, whose only wish is to simplify their shopping experience. 

The solution is straightforward. Relocate the Click and Collect service to the rooftop, near Woolworths' service point, a location that has plenty of space to accommodate customers and maintain smooth traffic flow. Moving the service there would not only increase the parking bays from the current parallel 6 to approximately 8 but also would mean shoppers won't be denied service because of inadequate parking.

Furthermore, the current location causes significant delays and congestion, meaning customers often can't park. A relocated service point would eradicate this issue, improving accessibility and traffic circulation in the area.

From our perspective, it seems to be in Coles’ and the community's best interests to make this change. As one currently dissuaded from using the Click and collect service due to the present arrangements, I am aware there are many others in the community that share similar sentiments.

Let us work together to encourage Coles to relocate their Click and Collect facility to the roof top area. This will consequently provide better convenience for us consumers, while ideally enhancing Coles' business. Help us make shopping easier and more enjoyable. Please, sign and share this petition!
