4 days ago, I ordered a SIM through the MyJio app, but it wasn’t delivered on time as promised. So, I requested to cancel the order — however, the cancellation isn’t reflecting anywhere.

This isn’t the first time I’ve faced such an issue.

Around 2 years ago, I had requested Jio AirFiber and went through the exact same experience — they made me wait for over 40 days and never canceled the request.

Afraid of losing my money, I unwillingly went ahead and used Jio AirFiber. That’s when I completely boycotted Jio.

I was wrong to give them another chance.

I’m sure many others might be facing the same issue and some might have even lost their money.

Honestly, this feels like a kind of SCAM that no one is talking about.

Please raise your voice against such wrong practices. If we ignore it today, it becomes the new normal tomorrow.
