To Creative Assembly, SEGA and Wargaming teams,
We are global long-time fans of the Total War franchise, and countless former players of Total War: Arena. This game delivered an unmatched 4v4 team tactical battlefield experience with authentic ancient unit mechanics, morale and formation combat. No other game on the market can fully replicate its unique gameplay loop.
All official live servers for Total War: Arena have been permanently shut down, leaving thousands of veteran players with no official way to revisit this title. 
We are not demanding SEGA or Creative Assembly to relaunch official servers, allocate operating budgets or develop new game content. Our only reasonable request is that you release the server-side resource files of Total War: Arena under a non-commercial community license.
The global player community is fully prepared to take charge of all follow-up work voluntarily:
Players will raise funds independently to cover all costs of private community servers, with zero commercial profit generated from running the game;
A group of volunteer technicians and server maintenance staff have already stepped forward, willing to provide free long-term operation and troubleshooting support for community servers.
All operations will strictly comply with the non-commercial agreement you authorize. The community will take full financial and operational responsibilities, and will not bring any cost or management burden to your companies.
We sincerely hope you can consider the long-standing love and demand of Total War: Arena players, and approve our application to release the server files for fan-hosted private servers. Thousands of supporters will sign this petition to show how many players still cherish this game.

我们并不要求 SEGA、CA 重开官方服务器、投入运维资金或制作全新游戏内容，仅恳请贵司以非商用社区授权形式放出《全面战争：竞技场》服务端文件。
全球玩家社区已做好全套自愿承接准备：
玩家自发筹集资金承担所有私人社区服务器开销，社区运营全程不产生任何商业盈利；
已有大量技术、运维志愿者主动报名，无偿长期负责社区服务器搭建、维护与故障处理。
所有社区运营行为都会严格遵守贵司给出的非商用授权规则，全部资金、运维责任由玩家社区自行承担，不会给贵司带来任何成本与管理负担。
我们恳切希望贵司看见广大玩家对这款游戏长久的喜爱与需求，批准我们放出服务端、由粉丝自建私服的诉求，成千上万支持者会签署这份请愿表达心声。
