Release the extended cut of "Fantastic Four: First Steps"

Release the extended cut of "Fantastic Four: First Steps"
The Issue
Many scenes fans saw in trailers and promotional material for the new Fantastic Four movie were left on the cutting room floor for a shorter, more palatable runtime—and ultimately, a lesser film. The release of "Fantastic Four: First Steps" was eagerly anticipated by comic book enthusiasts and general moviegoers alike. However, while the final film is good, it is still lacking several key elements showcased in previews that added depth and excitement to the storyline (such as more scenes featuring Ben Grimm/The Thing and John Malkovich's portrayal of Red Ghost).
We propose releasing an extended version, titled "GIANT-SIZE Fantastic Four: First Steps." This version should incorporate deleted scenes and additional footage that were sacrificed for the theatrical release. By doing this, not only will it be a nod to dedicated comic fans of the Fantastic Four, but also a testament to the dedication of filmmakers who want their complete vision realized onscreen.
An extended edition has the power to re-ignite interest in the Fantastic Four franchise and create a wave of goodwill among the fanbase. Movies like "Zack Snyder's Justice League" have proven the success and the sheer demand for director's or extended cuts that bring a richer storyline and deeper understanding of the material. (However, our movement isn't clamoring for the restoration of an entire universe, but rather just the extended cut of a single film. No more, no less!)
Please join in signing this petition to let Marvel Studios know that there is a demand for an extended cut. Help us bring this project to fruition and celebrate the legacy of Jack Kirby's Fantastic Four with the adventure it was meant to be. Your signature will show that fans are eager for a "GIANT-SIZE" version that includes every element of the epic journey. Sign and help us make this dream a reality for fans everywhere.
