We, the people of Pakistan, stripped of our ballots, our dignity, and our voices, demand what no dictatorship can erase: our right to be heard, and our right to be led by the man we elected - Imran Khan.

On February 8th 2024, the people spoke. Over 90% of Pakistanis have consistently expressed their support for Imran Khan, both at the ballot box and in the streets. And yet, a Form-47 regime, imposed by an unaccountable military establishment, has not only stolen that mandate, but continues to detain the most popular leader in Pakistan’s modern history under sham charges and unlawful confinement.

This Is Not Just Political Repression — It Is Treason Against the Will of the People

By unlawfully imprisoning Imran Khan, the regime has declared war on democracy. His continued detention violates:

• Article 10 of the Constitution (Right to fair trial and due process)
• Article 19 (Freedom of expression and political association)
• The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (to which Pakistan is a signatory)

But more than law, it violates conscience, nationhood, and the very survival of Pakistan’s unity.

Imran Khan is not just a political leader; he is the national glue. Detaining him is not just a crime; it is a self-inflicted wound on a nation already bleeding from economic collapse, lawlessness, and institutional decay.

OUR DEMANDS:

1. Immediate and unconditional release of Imran Khan from all illegal detentions and fabricated cases
2. Full public assurance of his safety, dignity, and access to medical and legal counsel

We remind you: no government built on stolen sovereignty will stand for long. We have waited in lines, we have voted under surveillance, we have protested under threats, and we will not stop until justice is restored.
