The Issue

Dear Respted Readers:

My son was tragically murdered in an illegal manner abiding by the strict prescription attempt, and this injustice is deeply personal to me. I have been tirelessly pursuing justice since March 2018, but the delay has been suffocating. Despite the issuance of order no. 2511/21 under the directions of the President of Pakistan, progress has been minimal, leaving my case unresolved and extending my suffering.

Imran Khan (Prime Minister after then), a prominent figure in the political landscape, issued orders addressing this issue to proper forums, yet they remain unfulfilled. It is imperative that these orders are not only remains unfulfilled but also not acted upon with urgency in illegal death case (a serious malpractice). The legal system must uphold its responsibility to provide justice in a timely manner, especially in cases involving irreversible life losses like mine.

Countless families suffer from illegal acts and stagnant justice processes. The systems in place need a thorough examination and immediate reform to ensure that Presidential Petition Order no. 2511/21 is executed properly. This is not just about an order; it's about restoring faith in Justice for countless victims and their families.

Your signature can help urge the Supreme Court Of Pakistan to take decisive action. Demand the immediate release of Imran Khan, and insist on a comprehensive investigation into the medical malpractice and judicial delays that continually hinder justice. It's never acceptable even ignoring 11 Strict orders issued by then' Prime Minister Imran Niazi from office.

Sign this petition to create attention for justice to be served and truth to prevail in our legal system.

Justice is the only way exists.

I'm personally thankful to everyone wo paid me huge favour by signing in.

Best Wishes!
