URGENT: Please take immediate action so we can get David back home for the Holidays! David shouldn't have to spend this holiday season away from those he loves: Sign the petition and make a call urging ICE to release him immediately.

David was driving back home to Florida after dropping a friend off in Savannah, Georgia when he was stopped by a police officer. The officer saw that David was driving with a suspended license and arrested him. Instead of being released, ICE put a hold on him and David was transferred to Stewart Detention Center, where he has been for over a month. David is not a flight risk and should be released immediately.
