We, the Community Health Officers (CHOs) of Andhra Pradesh, humbly bring to your notice that our Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) benefits have been abruptly stopped since April 2024 in Andhra Pradesh.

Previously, EPF benefits were provided to us from March 2019 to March 2024. However, National Health Mission (NHM) abruptly stopped allocating budget for our EPF.
Despite two request letters from the State Government of Andhra Pradesh to NHM central, our EPF benefits remain unreleased.

EPF is crucial for us as we are contract employees ..it provides:
* Social security
* EDLI insurance scheme 
* Financial protection in case of death  for 10,032 contract employees like us .

We urge you to intervene and release our EPF benefits immediately.
