I am excited to announce we are closing in on 150 signatures. Our petition is gaining momentum and garnering some attention.
Local media has taken notice and we are speaking with them. We look forward to increased media coverage to keep Rodney Wilson's story in the forefront of community consciousness (and conscience!).
Please keep sharing this petition! If any of you would like poster or flyer templates to take out into the community to raise awareness, I am happy to provide them (email me at mxashleywesterman@outlook.com and I will send them to you).
If you haven't already, please take the time to let Mayor Saffo, Sheriff McMahon, and Councilman Joyner know this issue is important to you and why. Contact info for them is on the petition page.
Thanks again for being a part of this. We demand accountability and justice for Rodney Wilson. And, more broadly, more accountability and transparency in policing in general.
God bless you.
