My name is Ivonne a private citizen of Scott County/Georgetown, KY, and I'm deeply concerned about the proposed construction of a massive RV park in our rural area. This RV park will directly affect our way of life and the natural and rural setting. 

Increasing traffic from the RV park will not only transform our tranquil rural region into a bustling tourist hub, but also raise safety concerns. Our narrow country roads are not designed for heavy traffic, raising the potential for accidents. The tiny road is not appropriately sized for a sudden increase in RV traffic.

The environmental impact of this development is also worrisome. The nearby creek, a vital water source to our local ecosystem, is at risk of pollution from the waste generated by the RV park. On top of that, the horse farms, vital to our local economy and the heart of our community, may suffer. They rely on tranquil, uninterrupted farmland for their operations.

Lastly, a RV park of this size in Georgetown would set a disturbing precedent for future development in rural zones, undermining the protection of our countryside and traditional ways of living.  KBER plans to develop the one of the largest RV parks in the US in the middle of rural scott county. 

It's important to act now to protect our community. Our town has rich agricultural traditions and a unique rural character that must be preserved.
