Let your voices be heard at the Wed March 5 City Commission meeting @ 6:30pm

Hi all, we wanted to let you know that we now have 231 signatures on this petition. Thank you so much for your support!

The best thing you can do right now is to show up in person for the city commission meeting at City Hall on Wed March 5 at 6:30pm to share your concerns directly with your elected officials.

The commission will not be voting on the proposal at this meeting. But since it is the only meeting that will be held this month, this is our best opportunity to make our voices heard before the commission votes on the issue. (They will most likely vote in April, by which point they will already have made up their minds.)

Oakland Park City Hall is located at 3650 NE 12th Ave. It's on the east side of the Brightline railroad tracks, between Prospect Rd and Oakland Park Blvd.

Each person will be given 4 minutes to speak during the public comments section of the meeting.

Also, would you help use get more signatures by sharing this petition with other people on social media? Facebook groups, SMS chats, X, BlueSky, email and WhatsApp all work great. If more of us sign, we can’t be ignored!
