Please sign new Petition to reject large Subdivision!

Please go and sign this new petition to reject the over-development of Anderson Reserve Phase II.

They are coming back to the planning commission with only Phase II and a variance to have 3 accesses to the property instead of 4.  The other variance was not recommended/approved at the December 12 meeting.  This will be recommended to the Planning commission to approve because it met the traffic study.

However, they have NOT reconfigured the houses to be zoned as R20. 

They have NOT found the hidden slave graveyard from the Rivoli plantation.  They have not addressed what they will do if they dig up the bones of our citizens' ancestors.

AnMed has NOT met with the community to come up with a better proposal (zoning R20).
