Thank you to 84 people (so far) who have signed the Petition. It is important to note that my neighbours and I do not object to increasing the density on this site. We are requesting the City and the applicant to take a more modest 4-unit project instead of the current 8-unit project in keeping with the newly adopted R-CG zoning. We believe this is a more sustainable solution considering the limited street frontage for parking and the adjacent and neighbouring infill development opportunities on 83 St. NW.
