check out the utube video by the Mayor.  Many of us were wondering, where did we hear these points before...oh, the Developer!!

So much wrong with this video (posted by a realtor ?!) With this both factually and perception but a few facts:

Waverly-"Promised" to be a Phillips Place..uh yeah, we saw how those 'promises' turned out.  Right now, these plans are nothing but 'promises'.

Weddington Green:  All kinds of promises todate, as the plan CONTINUES to change..bottom line, mixed use and requires rezoning, our ARGUMENT against, despite 'promises'.

After seeing and hearing the developer (multiple times) yeah, its a template out of DAVIDSON..We don't want that EITHER.  Same developer talking points ?!

Wonder why no update on Union County Policy changes and the unanimous REJECTION of Weddington Green using county septic (Sump station)? 

Maybe show up and ask this thursday @5pm coffee with the Mayor?
