Since media interest picked up this story, support for the petition opposing 70 new poker machines at the Huon Hill Hotel has increased to 246 signatures.

The issue will be featured on local 7NEWS and WIN News tonight, and on ABC Goulburn Murray Radio with Sandra Moon tomorrow. This growing coverage shows that the community’s concerns are being heard well beyond Wodonga.

Importantly, Wodonga Council will be voting on this issue tonight, making it a critical moment for local voices to be heard.
