Our petition opposing the proposal to install 70 new poker machines at the Huon Hill Hotel has now been signed by more than 200 people, and it is already making an impact.
The Border Mail has reported on the issue today, and Wodonga Council will now consider lodging a formal objection to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission.
This shows that when the community comes together, decision makers take notice.
