It has been over 24 hours since the Peterborough Telegraph shared our story, and several hours since I personally emailed Mayor Paul Bristow, Cllr Chris Boden, Stagecoach East, and the BBC newsroom.
I’ve sent the emails. I’ve made the calls. I’ve presented the solutions. And so far? The Mayor and CPCA have given us nothing but silence

They think if they stay quiet, this will just go away. They think 145 people isn’t enough to worry about. Let’s prove them wrong.

Post it in the 'Whittlesey Discussion' groups, send it to your family in March, put it on your Snapchat stories. We are only about 50 signatures away from 200. If we hit that tonight, they can’t claim we are a 'small group' anymore.

We aren't just asking for a bus; we are demanding that our towns aren't left behind. If they won't answer my emails, let’s make sure they can’t open their phones without seeing our petition.
