As of an hour ago, the RPF moderators have seen fit to not only lock Ms. Howes' thread but also deleted all comments dating back to last Thursday. This was only done after the creation of this petition, and was a done intentionally and purposefully to silence those of us taking the side of Ms. Howes. This was also done to prevent this petition from gaining any more traction. As per the moderators: 

"This thread has been temporarily locked.

While we understand the desire for discussing these issues when they arise, we find that in these situations it is better to limit the speculation and allow matters to take their course."

There is nothing temporary about this thread locking. Nor was there any speculation about what happened. Forum members know why Ms. Howes' account has been banned. The only speckle of true in the mods post is "...allow matters to take their course." This is their way of saying to table the subject and stop talking about it. 

This is not a banana republic and the right to free speech is valid, even on the internet. To make matters worse, an open and civil dialogue between the mods and forum members was proposed. This goes to show that the moderators of the Replica Prop Forum are incapable of having such a dialogue. Are the forum moderators children or on a power trip where no one, regardless of forum standing, can question their authority?
