Willoughby Leisure Centre are currently not planning to reopen the crèche when the Centre reopens. This is incredibly frustrating for families. It creates a significant hurdle for parents who need this essential service to access exercise, health and well-being facilities. 

There are no other gyms within the Willoughby Council area that operate crèches, since many closed during COVID. 

For many parents, there isn’t family or alternative occasional care available in the local area.
