Reinstate Panicha Kanyana and stop discriminating against Anucha Chaipha!

Reinstate Panicha Kanyana and stop discriminating against Anucha Chaipha!
The Issue
We, trade unionists worldwide call on YPC Precision (Thailand) Co. Ltd to respect YPC workers' freedom of association and freedom from discrimination.
After the Thai Confederation of Electronic, Electrical Appliances, Auto and Metal Workers (TEAM) organized 400 workers into union in 2023, your company suspended three union leaders, namely Panicha Kanyana, Anucha Chaipha and Suphatsorn Sakaew.
YPC transferred 38 unionists to other departments, refused them overtime work and gave them unreasonable key performance indicators. Trade unionists were threatened to be placed under temporary contracts, more outsourced workers were brought in. All these acts of union busting violated the Labour Relations Act of Thailand and International labour standards.
Until today, Panicha Kanyana is still fighting for her labour rights at court, while Anucha is facing everyday discrimination, he is disallowed to do overtime and assigned unimportant tasks.
We urge YPC to immediately cease anti-union discrimination by reinstating Panicha Kanyana to her original position with back pay and eliminating all discrimination against Anucha Chaipha.
