For almost three years, I dedicated my time and effort to my YouTube Channel which is a gaming channel. My objective has always been to make videos to make people happy and get a strong fan base of people that support me. Despite maintaining a standard of content that adheres to YouTube's community guidelines, my channel was abruptly terminated without a justified reason, only to be labeled as containing sexually gratifying material, which it never has(well kind of).

I posted a community post about a certain person that is very terrible to some of my friends and I wanted to let people know about the situation so the community post I made talked about the situation and I posted an image that contained his terrible stuff(drawn porn) but censored so it doesn't show anything yet, it got taken down and my channel got terminated, I appealed for the 1st time but it was rejected and so then after I appealed through the suspended Google product appeal thing.

However, the 2nd appeals process, which I believed would provide a fair chance at re-evaluation, has only added to my distress. My appeal was rejected 2 times, when i made it in YouTube Studio and when I made the appeal in the Suspended Google Product thing, and I suspect that my content was not even reviewed by a real human after the 2nd time especially since they should've read my appeal and get the situation. I experienced what felt like an automated dismissal of my concern without consideration of the impact or context of my content. This situation is not just silencing my voice but allowing those who exploit leniencies in policies to continue their adverse actions unchecked.

I am requesting YouTube to take a fair and ACTUAL human-reviewed examination of my terminated channel. This is a plea for transparency and trust in the process YouTube promises. There's an urgent need for platforms to distinguish between content meant to inform and educate against the malpractices exploiting YouTube's standards.

I urge you to sign this petition in support of creators like myself who face unwarranted setbacks due to misunderstandings or flawed automated review processes. Let’s ensure that content creators, who aim to responsibly share information, receive the recognition and fairness they deserve in upholding community standards. Also the person I exposed is PedroFinger you may or may not know him but he is a perverted 13 year old that makes lolicon rule 34 of max design pro oc's of what I assume are his fans and also almost all max design pro fans in the fandom left are kids, so take that information if you will also he posted them on YouTube but deleted them so YouTube doesn't ban him also what is crazy is that YouTube let's people like him on the app, but bans me, also, there is weirdos on YouTube that don't get banned, yet, I have to get banned over a misunderstanding, Classic YouTube.
