I feel like I’m being framed. I worked hard to get rehired, and when I finally achieved it, I was overjoyed about returning to Disneyland. Every manager I worked with can vouch for my enthusiasm and dedication. However, three months into my return, I faced an unfounded accusation of smelling like marijuana . This accusation shocked me as I don't smoke marijuana . Despite my confusion, I complied and took the drug test, which came back clean, proving my innocence. 

But now, someone has accused me of threatening them, which is completely out of character for me. I believe this is an honest misunderstanding or, worse, an intentional misrepresentation aimed at impacting my professional reputation. Over the years, I have worked diligently at Disneyland, contributing positively to the workplace culture, and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and visitors alike.

all I want is to return to my position and continue building the career I love. My primary goal is to demonstrate that I am neither violent nor hostile and to clear my name from these unwarranted allegations. 

This situation has deeply affected every aspect of my life, professionally, emotionally, and financially. Being separated from a workplace that felt like a second home has taken a toll on my mental health and overall well-being. I’ve lost not only a job I loved, but also the daily purpose, community, and pride that came with it.

Each day away from the role I dedicated myself to is a painful reminder of the unfairness of this situation. My name, once associated with warmth and positivity, now carries the weight of accusations I know in my heart are not true. It has affected my ability to find new employment, strained relationships, and disrupted the sense of security I worked so hard to build
