Our community at Tuskegee University thrived under the leadership of Mr. Monty Vicks, our former Food Service Director. With passion for the students and dedication to student engagement, he repeatedly demonstrated his commitment to improving the dining experience at our institution. Regrettably, he was not equipped with adequate tools and support to realize his full potential. Notwithstanding, under Mr. Vicks' stewardship, Perkins Management boasted its best semester in Fall 2024.

However, our students currently face a vacuum in leadership and are missing the human touch that Mr. Vicks brought into his role. This issue becomes even more personal as our beloved university prides itself on leaders who genuinely care for, speak up for, and nurture the student body. We believe in leaders who are not afraid to manage the attitudes and behavior of the workforce employed by Perkins. We miss a leader as strong, passionate, and student-focused as Mr. Vicks.

By reinstating Mr. Monty Vicks, our university can return to the pathway of wholesome service excellence in the food services department. His return will reflect positively on the student satisfaction rate and overall reputation of our school. Its important to search the issues above him, although he has been terminated the cafeteria still has no fish today, deli had no meat yesterday, Pizza Hut hours have reduced and the morale has declined, not to mention the music that Mr. Vicks provided on Wednesdays and Fridays during lunch meal.

We, the undersigned, request Tuskegee University and Perkins Management to consider this petition keenly. Please bring back Mr. Monty Vicks and provide him the necessary tools and encouragement for success. Stand up for the heart of our campus: our students. Let's reinstate a leader who truly cares.
