December 21st, 2021 was the day Bob Iger left The Walt Disney Company. His successor, Bob Chapek hasn't handled Disney very well. For example, he basically got the company in trouble with the Scarlett Johnson lawsuit. But this petition is not about Iger. Let's be honest here, he used his power...a little too much (for Pete's sake, he got a huge chunk of Fox by using Disney).

This petition is actually about Iger's predecessor, Michael Eisner, who joined Disney in 1984. Disney made more valuable purchases during his tenure, such as Miramax / Dimension, half of A&E Networks, and as well as ABC. He also made a plethora of critically acclaimed Disney animated movies, which some bill as "The Disney Renaissance", from 1989 to 1999. He also did a lot of great things for the Disney theme parks as well, most notably Splash Mountain, The Twilight Zone's Tower Of Terror, the original Star Tours, Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple Of The Forbidden Eye, and much more.

In conclusion, Eisner is the better man here. Not Chapek, not even Iger, but Eisner. He is the key to saving Disney. Not to mention, Iger just retired from being CEO. We aren't bringing Iger back in if he just quit. Eisner has had more experience with Disney, and he might be the guy who can save it. So I got one thing to tell The Mouse House: Eisner Did It Better!
