Reinstate Jeff Rosenheck as Bradford County Emergency Management Coordinator

Reinstate Jeff Rosenheck as Bradford County Emergency Management Coordinator
The Issue
Jeff Rosenheck, an exemplary public servant, has dedicated his skills and knowledge to the service of Bradford County. Over the years, he has been instrumental in advancing the Public Safety Department, with particular prowess in Training, Response and Outreach. Jeff's ability to effect positive change in our community has become a hallmark of his tenure.
The sincerity of his work reflects a deep commitment to the safety and wellbeing of Bradford County citizens, urging us to recognize his overwhelming positive contributions over isolated instances of indiscretion. His actions may have been wrong that day, but one must also recall his exemplary service and expertise that surpass these flaws.
Our county's 911/Public Safety structure needs to be re-evaluated and strengthened - a task that we believe Jeff, with his immense knowledge and motivation, is the most equipped to handle. An evaluation team represented by Emergency Management Agency (EMA), 911, Fire, Police, EMS, and EMCs needs to have a say in this process.
Statistics from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) show that areas with consistent leadership in emergency preparedness tend to fare better in crises. Jeff, with his expansive experience, is the exact consistency Bradford County needs.
It is with a deep respect for his work and a mutual commitment to the community's safety that we ask you to return Jeff Rosenheck to the position of Bradford County's Emergency Management Coordinator. We need his knowledge and proven resilience to continue our county's forward progress in emergency preparedness.
Please sign this petition to reinstate Jeff Rosenheck and re-evaluate the essential public safety structure with utmost regard for the voices of those actively involved in our county's collective security.
