During some tough times, Hillsong's PM online worship service became a sanctuary for so many — a lifeline like no other church, there for us during illness, fear, isolation and loss. Our heartbreaks and fears felt worlds away as we worshipped with you.

Many who are housebound or far from a Church they're able to access have expressed how left alone they feel with the absence of this deeper worship service.

However, over two years ago, Hillsong Church made the decision to discontinue the PM worship service online. For many of us who are apart by distance or illness, we are excluded from the Sunday PM worship experience and it's honestly heartbreaking. The AM service uplifts.. but the PM service offers a deeper, raw, and immersive worship that helps us honor God.

Recently, a new 8 AM service has been added to the schedule. While this is an amazing addition.. and achievement for Hillsong Church, it leaves us, the online congregation, feeling forgotten. When we gather to join remotely, we hope for the spiritual nourishment that the PM service provides. The 10 AM service simply isn't enough.

Hillsong Church has had a long-standing mission to inspire faith and connect believers everywhere. Streaming the PM service once again not only honors this mission also fosters inclusivity. A powerful gesture, extending Hillsong’s heart to those who can’t physically be present.

We, the undersigned, urge Hillsong Church to restore the Sunday PM online service, placing the emphasis back on the ‘Song’ in Hillsong, that connected so many across the world.

Please, let us be part of this community in a deeper sense, uniting us in worship, regardless of our physical locations.

If nothing else, allow us to take part through a private Zoom link for those who want that option, or make this a 'members' feature for the Hillsong channel.
