Dr. Putt, the former principal of Frederick County Middle School, played a key role in positively influencing my daughter in a time of need. Speaking from personal experience, his dedication towards students' welfare is unrivaled. His removed presence in our school community is deeply felt. Dr. Putt was known to go beyond his duties, curving the trajectory of many young lives towards success.

It's essential to understand that a school principal's influence can greatly impact the students' development. Research shows that schools with strong leadership are ten times more likely to improve student achievement (Seashore Louis, et al., 2010). Dr. Putt was exactly a leader of this caliber.

His primary interest was, and still is, to ensure the wellbeing of each student. He would often stay after school hours to listen, guide, and assist in every possible way – demonstrating a level of commitment not commonly found. For the above reasons and many more unmentioned, reinstating Dr. Putt to his former position would be an immediate benefit to the students and the school as a whole.
