I have been a Bills fan for years,  and I can't express enough how much Coach McDermott means to our team and our community. Under his leadership, the unique culture of brotherhood, determination, and resilience was crafted—a stark contrast to the years we struggled to find our footing. Coach McDermott has not only transformed our fortunes on the field, but he has also touched the hearts of players and fans alike.

Over recent years, our defense, which has consistently been a weak spot, saw a substantial turnaround under McDermott’s leadership, especially evident in the latter part of each season. His strategic acumen and commitment to excellence became cornerstones upon which the team built its successes. This wasn’t just luck; it was the result of expertise and genuine passion for the game. Coach McDermott's influence goes beyond the X's and O's; it's about leading with integrity and making bold yet necessary decisions to keep the team moving forward.
