Coach Cuiffo has been an extraordinary resource to our students and community over the last 40+ years. His commitment as a teacher, coach, role model, and mentor far exceeds what can be found in the average educator. Many of us, and our children, have had the privilege to learn valuable lessons, both in sport and in life, under the wise and diligent mentorship of Coach Cuiffo.

Under his guidance, our athletes have consistently excelled, many even going on to pursue collegiate athletic careers. As an educator, his devotion to academics and personal growth is second to none. Evidence of his commitment to excellence goes beyond the soccer and lacrosse fields to his engagement with our local community. But now, this pillar of our community faces an uncertain future.

We, the community who have seen first hand the life changing impact of Coach Cuiffo's tireless work, ask the board of education and district administration to reconsider their decision and “Welcome” him back. Recognizing the significant positive influence Coach Cuiffo has had on countless lives, we implore the board to reinstate him immediately and ensure that future students also get an opportunity to learn from this educational stalwart.
