This petition emerges from a raw and deeply personal space for us, dedicated fans of the Texas Longhorns team. The upcoming Peach Bowl at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Georgia has been clouded by a bias that prohibits our beloved mascot, Bevo, from traveling to the game. This exclusion feels like an unnecessary cut.

We believe this to be an unbalanced decision by the SEC. Bevo is a symbol of our school spirit and unity, a rallying point for our team that cannot be sidelined or silenced. We wish to underscore the fact that this imbalance tarnishes the sporting spirit of the Peach Bowl. 

We are calling on the SEC to consider and rectify their decision. We must stand up for our school, our team, and most importantly, for Bevo. We, the fans and supporters of Texas, cannot stand by and let this decision go unchallenged. We urge you to add your voice to this cause and sign our petition. Stand with us and support Bevo's right to join us at the Peach Bowl at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
