Not only did they build this unique virtual world, but they also invested countless hours to provide a safe haven for players and content creators alike. 

The ban on 5City is not only a detriment to the creators who have devoted their time and energy into its construction, but also to the vast community of users who called it home. Where content creators saw their work followed by thousands, players found an engaging and welcoming space to immerse themselves in.

We acknowledge the potential concerns and reasons behind the decision to ban 5City. However, we also contend that such a decision eradicates the fruit of thousands of hours of hard work, creativity, and zealous commitment to quality roleplay that 5City offered.

As a dedicated roleplay community, we have always strived to follow all CFX and Rockstar guidelines to ensure compliance and a positive experience for our players. Unfortunately, we made a critical mistake in understanding one of the rules, which led to our recent ban. We deeply regret this oversight and want to assure you that we have taken immediate action by removing all content that was in violation of Rockstar's policies.

The reason for the ban was cited as "in-game sexual content and nude peds." Our understanding has always been that Rockstar's games, including GTA, gained popularity due to their raw and unfiltered nature, embracing elements of controversy, brutality, humor, and mature themes. However, we now fully acknowledge and respect that certain content is not permitted under Rockstar's guidelines, and we sincerely apologize for any breach of these rules.
