Texas Wesleyan University has fired Coach Ray after not receiving a formal investigation and interviews from the many supporters and community he has built.
Coach Ray has provided a facility for wrestlers when Texas Wesleyan doesn't even have one built. He has built a top 5 women’s wrestling team in just 3 years and has over 50 recruits wanting to sign based on Coach Rays Coaching. 
Without Coach Ray we have lost a facility, a father figure, a mentor for coaching, and a family member. We have lost our program.
