🚨 AI is reshaping hiring—but who protects workers? The AI Employment Rights Initiative (AERI) fights for fair, transparent, and accountable AI hiring systems to ensure workers' rights are protected in an era of automated decision-making.

In a fitting—and ironic—illustration of why our work is so critical, our AI-generated logo was created with explicit instructions to correctly spell "Employment." And yet, AI still got it wrong. If artificial intelligence can’t reliably handle something as fundamental as spelling, should we really trust it to determine livelihoods, career paths, and economic stability?

This is exactly why the AERI AI Employment Rights Initiative exists—to challenge blind reliance on AI in employment decisions and to advocate for human oversight, ethical standards, and policies that protect workers.
