I returned to court to ask that our property be released so that we can pay the courts, as required to proceed to an appeal.  The judge was not prepared to do that stating “if you pay the courts, I am sure they will return your property in good faith.” Then he dismissed my application.

In defeat, I offered to pay the full amount This was the reply I received from 2 Burley men today.

”in my opinion your actions appear to be very untrustworthy.  Method of payment to release your belongings must be paid in full by cash or etransfer.  We have included 2 additional months of storage which will hold your items to the end of October then storage fees will be due for payment once again.  The total balance due is $14378.83. Please contact the office when you are wanting to remit payment and we can provide the correct email address to send your payment. WE WILL REQUIRE YOUR MOVER TO PROVIDE A SIGNED LETTER BY YOURSELF RELEASING YOUR GOODS TO THEM.”
