I want to thank those who have taken the time to read my petition and lend their signature of support to it. I am grateful I'm not the only one who feels these off-the-hook street parties have gotten out of hand and are a waste of police and EMS resources. This comes out of our pockets and causes unnecessary disruptions. Please pass this to all friends, family members and news stations in the Region. I'm shooting for a minimum of 500 signatures and a maximum of 1000 before presenting this to Regional Council in person.
