Albania is a small place located south-west Balkans, Europe. It has a population of circa 3.8 mln people. It is one of the most beautiful places in the peninsula and an attraction for milions of tourists every year. 

Albanian people, the government , the parliament and the president should refuse the proposal done by the United States of America because Albania does not possess the resources for such a dangerous and potentially fatal operation. 

ALL the member countries of NATO have refused the proposal from the United States, The United States iteslf has refused also.
