3 Highland Road, Objection Are Still Open

On the Central Hill Estate, there is still plenty of time to object to 3 Highland Road.  It is most likely to go to planning at the end of December,, about four weeks, . 

Originally it used to be a residential children's care home but once that had closed, it was sold and has been rented out to the Homeless.  

The current owners, Elan Properties, have put in an application to build five houses and two towers, the highest is eight floors including a roof terrace and lower ground floor.  Unfortunately the buildings are not affordable and the height, close to the former tower of Gipsy Hill Christ Church, could open the door for any new build across the area.
