Homes for Lambeth are stitching up the community on Central Hill again.

Please could you find the application by Homes for Lambeth for a play area in front of Romany Prospect on the Central Hill Estate, here - It's the second one down - https://planning.lambeth.gov.uk/online-applications/simpleSearchResults.do?action=firstPage (If this does not work, it's google:  search planning application Lambeth, visit database, Roman Rise, play space)

and write an objection along the lines of: We do not want a play area there. We have not been consulted. The alternative would be better suited (along Wychwood Way). The lawn area is nice as it is. It is used by dog walkers and the public alike. We did not ask for this.  It's part of their plans not ours.

They have a section 106, which is a social investment because they do not fulfil a criteria when building Truslove House, so they've decided through the goodness of themselves to put a community project there.

Firstly, if they have to do a s.106, shouldn't it be our community decision what we want and where, secondly there were three option.  Yet they chose with NO consultation at all with anyone.
