I filed a refund complaint to the BBB for a refund from Sony about 4 days ago. Today I was contacted by Sony, I told them that this game is deemed faulty by the general public and under their refund policy that this should be cause for refund, the Sony rep said that it's up to the publisher (EA) to tell Sony to issue refunds due to software being considered faulty. We all know EA, this will never happen. The Sony rep said that they were going to talk to thier boss to try and find a solution to this problem. Will keep you updated on what they have to say, thanks for all the support as we cannot allow this to continue in the gaming industry.
