I’ve added Contacts I pray will help us get refunds, referrals for class action lawsuits, charge Manufacturers with negligence and/or fraudulent advertising. The environmental waste of their defective Washers are creating can’t be ignored. Too many same complaints against their Washers and the Manufacturers not heading their own warranties for years. We need action and accountability not only for Whirlpool and Maytag. It should be for anyone who has had issues with an Automatic Water Level System on their defective washer. The BBB in Grand Rapids, Michigan should be investigated for their failure to properly investigate my complaint and for the false report on my complaint. And I sure would like to know what Stacy @ BBB thinks is inappropriate language and why she claims I didn’t provide sufficient information, why the complaint was illegible and what was the necessary clarification she claims I didn’t provide. Especially since I had to create 2 different complaints. The second complaint I created after she closed the complaint without contacting me and after I sent numerous emails to the Vice President of Operations at the BBB office.
